Success Television is a media company (corporate name Success Media, LLC) that publishes and distributes self-improvement stories and videos. It works with experts, speakers and best-selling authors that seek to share knowledge and wisdom primarily in the areas of career, leadership, wisdom, relationship, and wellness. 

Success Television also books experts for speeches and trainings and produces Corporate Training Videos for organizations and business schools. These video "trainings in a box" come in a DVD format or as online video trainings. They feature well-known business leaders and best-selling authors such as Jack Welch, "7 Habits" author Stephen Covey, Body Shop founder Anita Roddick and Marshall Goldsmith, who give practical leadership skills advice. Universities find these videos helpful for teaching ethics and leadership skills. Corporations find the videos jump start their training initiatives with real-life examples of good leadership styles.

Helen Whelan is the CEO and founder. She has extensive experience running multi-media companies. Prior to Success Television, she launched and ran MyPrimeTime along with former CNN executives. MyPrimeTime was an Internet media company with a substantial television-programming arm focused on reaching 80 million baby boomers.  MPT learned quickly that the sweet spot of this population hungers for self-growth media.   Prior to running MyPrimeTime, Helen was the VP of Business Development at CNN Financial News where she successfully pitched Ted Turner to create the CNNfn TV network and its website.  Helen wrote the business and operating plan and managed the team that launched CNNfn, the first computer based network in the world.  She also created $40 million in revenue from Internet and television programming.

Stuart Gelles is a personal development expert with over 20 years of motivational and coaching experience. Stuart brings extensive expertise in the personal development field, training executives on his Source Model, which helps teams innovate, communicate effectively and manage change.  He worked for 6 years at CNN coaching the CNN Financial News management team as well as CNNfn executives throughout the launch of that network.  He also led CNNfn’s strategic marketing efforts, spearheading TV and print advertising, public relations and promotional branding campaigns.

Craig Forman, President of Earthlink's Value Added Services Division is the Chairman of the Board. Craig has a vast Internet and publishing background from his years at Yahoo, the Wall Street Journal, Infoseek and CNN.
