I am the owner of a training development company (secondg.net), the author of a successful teamwork and leadership blog (Teamwork and Leadership Bloggings with Mike Rogers) and the proud father of eight children. I have led, trained and consulted in business with hundreds of individuals and teams on leadership concepts.
