About me

Nancy Parsons is the president of CDR Assessment Group, Inc. a Tulsa-based firm which she and her business partner, Kimberly Brinkmeyer, Ph.D., started in 1998.  CDR develops and provides psychological, motivational, and performance assessments and services for global clients.  Nancy Parsons is married with four grown children.  She has been a long term soccer mom with her youngest son still playing collegiate soccer.
